Valincia Bennett
Founder/CEO
At the heart of Bennett Construction Services (BCS) is Valincia Bennett, our CEO. With a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration, Valincia brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to the company. Her insight into human behavior helps her lead with empathy and create a strong, positive company culture. With over 15 years of experience in business consulting, marketing, finance, HR, and technology, plus hands-on construction experience, she ensures BCS stays ahead in the industry.
Working alongside Valincia is our COO, Brysan Bennett. He holds degrees in both Psychology and Civil Engineering, plus an MBA specializing in Project Management. With more than 15 years of experience in construction, including projects with Fortune 500 companies and the Department of Transportation, Brysan brings a blend of technical know-how and a deep understanding of people. His leadership guarantees that our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
As a family-owned business, BCS is built on trust, integrity, and a commitment to the communities we serve. Valincia and Brysan’s complementary skills and experience allow them to lead BCS with a clear vision and take the company to new heights.
Dale Blackshire
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at Bennett Construction Services, Dale Blackshire drives efficiency, productivity, and cost-effective solutions across all phases of construction logistics and material management. With a deep background in supply chain operations, warehouse distribution, and process optimization, he ensures seamless execution from planning to project completion.
Dale’s expertise spans inventory control, operational planning, and workflow optimization, having led large-scale initiatives in construction, manufacturing, and logistics. His ability to streamline processes, reduce material shortages, and improve efficiency has resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced productivity.
Holding a B.B.A. in Business Management, along with certifications in Lean Administration, OSHA Construction Safety, and APICS Supply Chain Management, Dale combines strategic leadership with hands-on industry knowledge. His commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence supports Bennett Construction Services in delivering high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective projects.
